To secure and maintain your reservation for the February 5–8, 2027 retreat weekend, all payment plan installments must be made by their scheduled due dates.
If a payment is not received by the applicable due date, attendees may be granted a brief grace period at the sole discretion of the event organizers. Failure to submit payment within the grace period may result in:
If a reservation is canceled due to missed or incomplete payments, previously paid amounts will be refunded only in accordance with the stated cancellation and refund schedule. After November 1, 2026, no refunds will be issued for canceled reservations, including cancellations resulting from missed payments.
If an attendee anticipates difficulty making a scheduled payment, they are encouraged to contact the event organizers as early as possible to discuss potential accommodations.

You will book your own accommodations after you have secured your space with your deposit. At that time we will send you a booking code and further instructions.

Every one of the venue's 26 cabins has a story. No two are alike but they are all charming. 1 bedroom or 2, kitchenette and/or wood-burning stove, shower or bathtub, porch with Penobscot swing or picnic table, you can find the cabin that suits your fancy.
All cabins offer Forbes and Lomax dimmer switches, organic mattresses, Frette sheets, Melin Tregwynt Welsh blankets, brass fixtures, 2 Note amenities, and Marshall speakers.
